Refund Policy

14-Day Completion Guarantee: If you complete the 14-Day Reset Sprint and do not have a minimum viable routine by Day 14, we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
What "Completion" Means
To qualify for the guarantee, you must:
- Complete all 14 daily prompts (audio + text)
- Fill out your Anchor Map and create at least 5 Trigger Cards
- Attempt your Bad-Day Mode protocol at least once
- Attend at least one of the two live Reset Calls (or watch the recording)
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@triggerloopos.com within 21 days of purchase with:
- Your purchase confirmation
- Brief note that you completed the sprint but didn't achieve the outcome
We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.
What's Not Covered
Refunds are not automatic if you:
- Did not complete the program
- Request a refund after 21 days
- Purchased and never accessed the materials
However, we review all requests on a case-by-case basis. If you have extenuating circumstances, let us know.
Free Resources
The free Trigger Map and 7-day email sequence are provided at no cost. No refund applies to free materials.
